Health Alert: In adherence to the CDC recommendations regarding social distancing, and at the urging of health insurance companies, telehealth services are available. Health insurances are still paying for telehealth, you may still have a copay, which can be submitted here in the patient portal.
In person sessions are available being mindful about ways to stay safe, such as with special arrangements if it's not too hot, we can meet at a local park. Please don't come to the office if you have symptoms of COVID-19, i.e. fever, shortness of breath, or have been exposed to someone who has tested positive for COVID-19.
If you come to the office, please arrive on time for your appointment, if you are early, wait outside. When it's time for your appointment please check to see if my door is open, so you can come on back. Please wear your face covering until you get into the office where we can safely social distance.

Directions for using the Tele Therapy option in this portal: When you are here and logged in to your patient portal from the home page select "TeleTherapy" then allow your camera to work. I will also be logged in on my side of this electronic health record, and join you. We would coordinate to meet in the portal at your appointment time, disable the audio in your portal, and I will call you at the appointment time. Some internet-connected devices do not work with teletherapy, but we will discuss this when I call you.

If you do not have a patient portal account please email firstname.lastname@example.org with your date of birth I will set your account up with all the new patient documents so you can log in to complete the new patient forms and select an appointment. I will gladly see you if you are 18 or older.
